We are very pleased to share that Fitzgerald Memorial Aged Care Facility has achieved an Overall 5-Star Rating - Excellent on My Aged Care, as updated on 2 August 2026.
This is a wonderful recognition of the collective efforts of our staff and the care and support provided to our residents. We are particularly pleased that Fitzgerald is currently rated Excellent in Compliance, Quality Measures and Staffing, with our Residents' Experience rated Good.
While we are proud to celebrate this achievement, our focus remains on continuous improvement and, most importantly, providing safe, respectful and high-quality care to our residents every day.
